Produced from fresh high quality full fat milk by a spray drying process.
A creamy white powder - available in an instantised, semi instantised (agglomerated), or standard form. Also available with 26% or 28% fat. The product can be fortified with added vitamins as required.
- Full cream milk with optional vitamins & lecithin.
Mainly used in reconstitution for drinking milk, or in industrial applications as a replacer for milk, such as bakery, ice-cream, ready meals and confectionary.
Excellent creamy flavour profile.
Approximately 12 months from date of production when stored under appropriate conditions.
Multi-ply paper sacks with polyethylene liner, net weight 25 kg. Also available in big bags (850-1000kg)
