High protein attrition dried milk powder, which gives it high emulsification, solubility, and binding properties.
Typically used in processed cheese, liquors, snacking, infant formula and nutritional uses. Also used for binding in processed foods.
Typical clean dairy flavour
Approximately 24 months from date of production when stored under appropriate conditions.
Multi-ply paper sacks with polyethylene liner, net weight 25 kg. Also available in big bags.
