A distinctive deep red colour, this cheddar cheese is hard tending towards crumbly.
It has a slightly open texture, with a distinctive red colouring.
Both medium and mature available, and also a variety with a lighter red colour.

Mainly used for pre-packing, grating, slicing, processed cheese, sauces and ready meals.
Its flavour is described as containing mellow cheddar notes.
Once product is stored under appropriate chilled conditions, 3 months from date of delivery to customer, unless otherwise stated at time of contract.
