We have developed reduced fat cheeses at 22% and 14% fat, which are similar in body, texture and flavour profile to cheddar cheese.
Excellent profile - body, mouth feel, flavour, texture, and structure.
Available in mild, medium and mature. Also available in both red and white, and as curd.
- Cow's Milk
- Starter Culture
- Rennet. Annetto (red cheddar only)
Mainly used for pre-packing, grating and slicing. Widely used in processed cheese, sauces, ready meals and foodservice.
Once product is stored under appropriate chilled conditions, 3 months from date of delivery to customer, unless otherwise stated at time of contract.
Product supplied in 20kg boxes with a food grade, heat sealed plastic pouch.
