A high quality pure butterfat produced from premium quality cream or butter.

Characteristic Clean, bland taste with a uniform straw yellow colour
Shelf Life Approximately 12 months from date of production when stored under appropriate conditions.
Packaging Packed in steel drums of net weight 200kg. Also supplied in bulk tankers of about 20 tonnes net. The drums and bulk tankers are flushed with an inert gas prior to filling with product.
Applications Bakery & Confectionery. Ice-cream, Recombined milk products.
