Reduced Fat Cheeses

A range of reduced fat cheese with body, texture and flavour profiles similar to that of Cheddar Cheese. Typical compositions:

Fat: 14-22%
Moisture: 43-48%
FDM: 26-41%

Characteristic Available in white and coloured and curd to vintage.
For the health conscious they offer the added benefit of being lower in fat and calories than full fat cheese.
Shelf Life Typically 3 to 6 months when stored under the appropriate conditions.

Typically 35 to 70 days for grated, sliced and diced cheese.
Packaging Available in 5kg and 20kg blocks.

Available in grated (100g to 5kg packs), sliced and diced format.
Applications Used in a wide range of foods such as lasagne, pasta sauces, salads and baked potatoes.
