High quality milk protein produced by rennet precipitation of the casein from fresh pasteurised skimmed milk.

Characteristic Available in a range of mesh sizes: 30M, 60M, 90M. Excellent flavour & functionality. Imparts good elasticity, structure and texture particularly in processed and analog cheese.
Shelf Life Approximately 24 months from date of production when stored under appropriate conditions.
Packaging Multi-ply paper sacks with polyethylene liner, net weight 25 kg. Mini bulk bags net weight 1000 kg. or 750 kg.
