Manufactured from premium quality fresh whey which is clarified and defatted before 90% demineralisation, evaporation and spray drying.

Characteristic Ash content <1%. Almost completely soluble at pH levels <4 and >6, lipase free, heat stable and non salty.
Shelf Life Approximately 12 months from date of production when stored under appropriate conditions.
Packaging Multi-ply paper sacks with polyethylene liner, net weight 25 kg.
