Kevin was appointed Chief Executive of the IDB in January 2010.
Before joining the IDB, Kevin was Global President and Chief Executive of the Kerry Group’s Flavours Division. He held a number of senior executive positions during his twenty-two year career within the Kerry Group. For eighteen of those years he worked overseas, in markets as diverse as the UK, USA, Mexico and Canada, and accumulated extensive experience of the marketing of the Kerry Group portfolio in those arenas. Kevin is an honours graduate (Sales and Marketing) from the University of Limerick. |

Joe O'Flynn Managing Director Consumer Foods & Growth Strategy Division |
Joe holds a Masters in Food Technology from Reading University in the UK. He is a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and the Institute of Food Science and Technology.
He has been employed by the Irish Dairy Board for most of his working life where he has gained extensive experience across various technical, commercial and sales / marketing functions. In 1998 he was appointed Marketing Development Director with responsibility for the Kerrygold branded business internationally. He became Group Strategy and Growth Director in 2006 and was appointed Managing Director of the Consumer Foods Division in 2008, retaining his group strategy and growth role. Joe serves on the Consumer Foods Subsidiary board of Bord Bia the Irish Food Board. He is a member of the Teagasc Industry Advisory Committee on Dairy Processing. |

Joe Collins Managing Director Dairy Trading & Ingredients Division |
Joe graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin in 1986 and subsequently joined the Irish Dairy Board where he gained experience in a broad range of disciplines, including purchases, supply chain management, sales, marketing and general management before been appointed Irish Dairy Board Cheese Director in 2004.
In 2006 he was appointed Commercial Director and to his current role of Managing Director: Dairy Trading & Ingredients Division in 2008. Within this role he has overall responsibility for dairy purchases, product quality and sales into the food ingredient sector including Irish Dairy Board ingredient subsidiaries operations in the UK and USA. |

Anthony Proctor
Chief Operating Officer |
Anthony took up the position of Chief Operating Officer with the IDB in August 2010.
He began his career in financial services before moving to the IAWS Group (now Aryzta) where he held several senior operational and financial positions. During his 12 years with IAWS Anthony served 4 years in Canada as Chief Financial Officer before returning to Ireland as Chief Operating Officer for the UK and Irish divisions. Anthony is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds a B.Sc.(mgmt) from Trinity College Dublin. |

Cathal Fitzgerald
Financial Director |
Cathal graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin in 1989 and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1993 and member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers in 2006.
In 1997 he joined the Irish Dairy Board as Internal Auditor from Price Waterhouse after completion of training contract and qualifying as a chartered accountant with Oliver Freaney & Co. in 1993. Cathal previously held the position of Financial Controller of the Board’s Benelux and French subsidiaries from 1998 to 2002, Financial controller and Business Development manager Europe from 2002 to 2004. He was appointed Finance Director in 2004. |

Anne Randles Secretary & Director of Administration |
Appointed Secretary to the Board of the IDB and Director of Administration in January 2008.
Former Secretary General of Eucolait, the Brussels based association for European dairy trade companies and prior to that Corporate Affairs manager with the Irish Dairy Board in Dublin. An honours graduate of the National University of Ireland, with a Masters degree in Economics, she also trained for a short period with the European Commission in Brussels. With extensive advocacy and public affairs experience and a keen interest in the global dairy economy, she is Vice President of Eucolait, a council member of the Irish Dairy Industries Association, a member of the IDF Standing Committee on Dairy Policy and Economics and serves on a number of dairy industry related committees and working groups both in Ireland and abroad. |

Mick Mullagh
Group Human Resources Director |
Mick graduated from Military College & UCG 1976 - 1980, BA History & English. He served with the Defence Forces from 1976 to 1990 and was commissioned 2/Lt in 1978. He retired as Captain in 1990 from appointment as Adjutant, 30th Infantry Battalion & Stephen's Barracks, Kilkenny. Mick served overseas in the Lebanon in 1984 with the 55 Infantry Battalion as an Infantry Platoon Commander.
He joined IBEC as HR Executive in 1990 and resigned as Assistant Divisional Director of the Human Resources Division in 2000. He subsequently joined KBC Asset Management as Head of Human Resources leaving at the end of 2006 to take up the position as Human Resources Director at the Irish Dairy Board. |
